One counsellor, 247 students. Today you write zero individualised parent reports because there's no time. ElevateOS drafts a per-student weekly note that you review in 30 seconds and approve — counsellor-grade output, at the volume your caseload actually needs.

01 · Privacy
Most edtech sends the data-processing addendum after you've signed. We send it before the demo. It's the same document our pilot schools' legal teams have already redlined.
Data-processing addendum, sub-processor list, and audit retention defaults aligned with US, Singapore, and Hong Kong requirements. EU/UK GDPR addendum on request.
We integrate via your SIS's read API. Student records stay where they are. We hold session signals and parent-facing prose — not transcripts, not grade history.
Every draft, edit, approval, and send is time-stamped and attributed. Exportable per student, per family, per counsellor. Defensible under board scrutiny.
02 · Integration
No new identity store, no parent-portal duplication, no roster reconciliation in October. Read-only sync runs nightly; counsellors see what your SIS sees.
SAML/SSO via Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace. SCIM provisioning on request. No IT ticket-storm.
03 · Outcomes
Three things, measured in pilot schools across Hong Kong, Tokyo, and London. Not "engagement metrics" — outcomes you can defend to a board.
Median first flag of a sliding student moves from week 6 to week 2. The conversation with the family happens before the parent has to ask why.
Counsellors recover ~4 hours per week per 30-family caseload. The hours go to higher-touch work — university research, mock interviews, the conversations that don't templatise.
Every parent message has a time-stamped chain. Zero "why wasn't I told?" complaints across the pilot cohort this term. The chain is the answer.
