You're paying $400–1,500 a month on tutoring. ElevateOS is the layer your tutor uses to send you a weekly, counsellor-approved report — and to map every session to your child's target university.

What happened
Integration by parts — from blocker to stable
Sora arrived Monday unable to choose which factor to differentiate. We worked four problems together using LIATE; she completed the next three solo with full marks. By Friday she was solving in under three minutes per problem.
Next week
Lock in before Thursday's unit test
One 60-minute session on mixed-method integration (parts + substitution). I'll also send three past-paper problems for Tuesday. No new topics — we consolidate.

It looks like your tutor's email, because it is.
The note is sent from your tutor, in their voice, on their letterhead. ElevateOS sits behind it — drafting, structuring, flagging the things your tutor would otherwise forget to mention. The signature on the bottom is theirs. The judgement is theirs. We make sure it shows up every week.
See what your tutoring is actually producing — every week.
Reports come from your tutor, branded with their name. ElevateOS sits underneath.
AI drafts the report. A credentialed counsellor approves it. You read it.
Every session maps to your child's target university — not a generic IB grade.
Three things you do. Once.
Then it's automatic. No app to download, no portal to remember the login for.
01
Tell us who your tutor is.
An email, a subject, your child's name and year level. We send the tutor a one-click invite — they don't need to make an account. Average setup time: 90 seconds.
02
They tutor. We listen for signals.
Worksheet completion, question-by-question accuracy, how long was spent where. We do not record video or audio. The tutor's own notes — typed in their existing tools — get pulled into the draft.
03
You read four paragraphs on Sunday evening.
What happened. What's stable. What's coming next week. One next action if there's a problem. If it's a quiet week, the email is short — we don't pad.
“Seeing "next session: integration by parts, pages 142–148" is the first time I can actually check the work mid-week.”

What you'll see — and what you won't.
We're deliberate about this. A parent dashboard with twenty widgets is a parent dashboard nobody reads.
You will see specifics, not scores.
"Stable on integration by parts" is a thing you can talk about at dinner. "Performance: 82%" is not. We write toward conversation, not assessment.
You will hear about problems before they're problems.
If your child has skipped two sessions, or grade trends are slipping, the email tells you — in the first paragraph, not buried in week six.
You will not see leaderboards, badges, or streaks.
Tutoring is not a video game. Your child knows it; the tutor knows it; we don't pretend otherwise.
From the families who tested it

“Right now I read three WhatsApp groups, a school portal, and three tutor emails. If this becomes the one place, you have my next subscription.”

“We already pay Crimson $35K. The report you sent is what Crimson sends after a paid hour — but weekly.”

The honest questions
Does this replace my child's tutor?+–
No. It's the opposite. ElevateOS only works because the tutor is the one teaching, reviewing the draft, and signing the email. If you don't have a tutor, we can refer you to one — but the system is for tutors who already exist in your child's life.
Will the tutor have to learn a new tool?+–
One screen. They open a link from the queue email, read the draft, edit if needed, click send. That's the whole workflow. No replacement for their teaching tools, no syllabus to upload, no calendar to migrate.
What if I don't want my child to know you're watching?+–
Your child is told what the tutor is recording and what gets shared. Surveillance without disclosure is something we won't help you do. If transparency isn't right for your family, ElevateOS isn't the right tool.
What languages do you support?+–
English today. Japanese and Traditional Chinese by Q3 2026 — typography fallbacks are already in the system. The tutor can write in any language they share with you; we don't translate without consent.
Is this only for IB students?+–
Most of our families today are IB or international curriculum. The system is curriculum-agnostic — the signals (attendance, accuracy, follow-through) are the same whether you're prepping for IB, A-Levels, AP, GCSE, or HKDSE.
Ask your tutor about ElevateOS.
We sell to tutors and agencies; they send you the reports. Forward this page to your tutor and we'll handle the rest.
